Inspiring Hope Benefit Concert featuring Fernando Ortega
The Benefit Concert was a great success! More than 650 people filled Harvest Bible Chapel in Naperville to hear Christian singer and recording artist Fernando Ortega. To the majority of these people, A&M was brand new.
"I really enjoyed being able to introduce the mission of A&M and make new friends," said executive director Scott Phelps. "A&M is exists because of the many faithful supporters and friends of the ministry. We are grateful for each contribution that was given the night of the concert and that people continue to give."
A&M is a national organization reaching more than one million teens with an inspiring message about purity. A&M has been primarily funded through federal grants which have been prematurely terminated. "The year ahead brings many challenges as our federal funding comes to an end September 30, but we are confident that the Lord has a plan for A&M's future," continued Phelps.
